So since I have been obsessed with healthy eating, I’ve decided that I’m going to try out a lot of healthy recipes of cakes, cupcakes, muffins and cookies. I know that cakes and cookies don’t get along really well with the word healthy, but I promise you guys that there are a lot of recipes out there that are both tasty and healthy at the same time!
Sometimes it’s so hard for me to eat healthy living in a city where whenever you turn around there is the most beautiful coffee shop with croissants, red velvet cupcakes, 4 layers cakes and every taste of ice cream you could ever wish for. So every time I feel like eating something tasty and sweet I have some amazing healthy recipes to fullfil my cravings. I will try to share them with you guys along the way, so be ready to read about some serious baking going on around here!
Today I tried to make peanut butter muffins and trust me they smell and taste delicious. They are so easy to make, you only need a few ingredients!
Oh and if you haven’t tried my healthy pancake recipe yet, you are missing out a lot! It’s probably the best pancake recipe ever, there is no sugar, no milk, and guess what? No yolks! Only egg whites! Let me know what you think if you try them!

Preheat the oven at 200°C. Beat the egg and the egg whites together until smooth. Add the baking powder and oatmeal to the mixture. Mash the banana and add to the bowl. When smooth add the peanut butter. Sprinkle in a handful of chocolate chips and stir to combine. Pour the mixture in the muffin cases and put them in the oven for 12 minutes. When ready, let cool and serve.
