My oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Goooood morning everyone! Sorry for the delay but I’ve been through some pretty rough things in the past few weeks and I couldn’t find time, or strenght, to think about a new blog post. Since I will have to stay home and sit on my couch for a few weeks from now, (for reasons that I’m not quite ready to share with you guys just yet) I thought that I could take advantage of my 24/7 free time and dedicate all my energies in baking.

Recently I came across the best Chocolate chip cookie’s recipe I have ever tasted. I am quite picky when it comes to these kind of cookies. I have been looking for the perfect recipe for pretty much my entire life, but I could never find one that could perfectly fullfil my expectations. Some of them were too crunchy (I know it sounds weird), some were too soft, other ones did not have the right amount of chocolate and others were not tasty enough.

This recipe is super easy to make, and the cookies are tasty, chocolaty, crunchy and soft at the same time. So for me this is the perfect chocolate chip cookie’s recipe ever, and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do!

Let me know in the comments down below if you try it!

Put in a large bowl the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, white sugar, oatmeal, salt and chocolate chips. Add one egg and mix to combine. Add the butter and knead the dough until soft. Form a ball with the cookie dough. Cover a baking tray in parchment paper and set aside. Take small pieces of the cookie dough and with your hands form small balls and put them on the tray. Cook for 12/15 minutes at 180° C.
